We hope you love your purchase. However, we are happy to process an exchange or issue you a refund.

Bronson offers a 30-day returning period. Please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your full order. The full process takes about 7 business days. Be sure to send your return within 30 days of the delivery date—returns after this period won’t be accepted.

We provide a return label for your order with service charge starting from $7. Please dispatch the parcel as soon as possible after receiving the shipping label from our customer service team.

Order Processing

  • After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification by email once your order has been shipped.
  • During holidays and peak sales, your order processing may be delayed, but we will process and ship as soon as possible.
  • Order changes and cancellations can only be made before shipment.

International Shipping

  • We have established cooperative relations with many logistics service providers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. All of our products will be shipped out directly from our China warehouse via YunExpress, SF Express, China Post, FedEx and UPS. To improve delivery speed and reliability, some of our parcels are now shipped directly from our US warehouse. Please note that your order may arrive in multiple parcels, as items could be dispatched from different locations.

Standard Shipping (YunExpress, SF Express, China Post): 15-21 days.

Priority Shipping (YunExpress): 8-14 days.

Express Shipping (FedEx, UPS, DPD): 7-9 days.

US Domestic Standard Shipping : 5-7 days (Dispatch time from warehouse: within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Notes:

* All of the above delivery times are estimated only. Delivery time will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your country’s postal service. Based on our historical timeliness data, more than 96% of our orders were delivered within the estimated time. 
* During holidays and peak sales, the orders process may take longer.
* Once shipped, an order’s tracking information is beyond our control, and as much as we’d like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. Bronson Mfg. does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
* Recent orders to the United States have been affected by changes in customs policies. Express Shipping recipients are now required to pay customs duties upon notification. If you receive such a request, please prepay the fee on your behalf and then contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Import Duties

  • We have joined the EU’s IOSS system. For orders shipped to 14 EU countries, the entry tax has already been paid, so you won’t need to pay it again. We are actively working to expand coverage to more countries.
  • For other countries, we have already paid the taxes when the order is generated. However, if you still receive a customs duty request, please prepay the fee on your behalf and then contact our customer service team for further assistance.
  • Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or tax charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
  • Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.

* Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
